本文通过离子交换纤维提取蔗汁酒精废液中的色素,并考查了色素的洗脱条件,如洗脱剂的浓度、洗脱剂体积、洗脱时间和NaOH添加量。经测定,所得色素的总黄酮含量仅为茶多酚的20.80/0,但是对DPPH·自由基的抑制率却为茶多酚样品的65.8%,表明蔗汁酒精废液中的色素具有较高的抗氧化活性。此外,色素还具有较好的耐酸耐碱性,Zeta电位表明色素带负电荷。

본문통과리자교환섬유제취자즙주정폐액중적색소,병고사료색소적세탈조건,여세탈제적농도、세탈제체적、세탈시간화NaOH첨가량。경측정,소득색소적총황동함량부위다다분적20.80/0,단시대DPPH·자유기적억제솔각위다다분양품적65.8%,표명자즙주정폐액중적색소구유교고적항양화활성。차외,색소환구유교호적내산내감성,Zeta전위표명색소대부전하。
This paper aims to extract the pigment from sugarcane juice alcohol wastewater by ion exchange fiber. The elution conditions, such as the NaCl concentration, eluent volume, soak time and NaOH concentration, were investigated. The flavonoids amount of obtained pigments is only 20.8% of polyphenols', but the DPPH · radical inhibition rate is 65.8% of the Tea Polyphenols', indicating that the pigment in the juice alcohol wastewater has a high antioxidant activity. Besides, the obtained pigment also has good acid and alkali resistance. Zeta potential proved the pigment negatively charged.
