目的 通过上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cad)在人非小细胞肺癌组织中表达的检测,探讨其与肺癌临床病理和预后的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测62例非小细胞肺癌组织中E-cad的表达,并取10例炎性假瘤患者作为对照.结果 62例非小细胞肺癌组织中E-cad阳性表达率为56.45%(35/62),其阳性表达率与患者的性别、年龄、组织学类型及肿瘤大小差异无统计学意义,随着肺癌分化程度降低而呈下降趋势.E-cad在是否有肺癌淋巴结转移及不同TNM分期间差异均有统计学意义.结论 E-cad表达下调在肿瘤侵袭转移中起重要作用,这个因子可成为潜在的判定因素.检测E-cad的表达对非小细胞肺癌患者临床病情评估、预后判断及治疗方法选择具有一定指导意义.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the different expression effect of E-cadherin (E-cad) in non-small cell lung cancer and the clinical pathological characteristics, illness prognosis and biological behaviors of cancer. Methods The immunohistochemical technique SP method was used to examine protein expression of level of E-cadherin in 62 patients with non-small cell lung cancer, and 10 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor as control. Results The total positive rates of E-cad protein was 56.45% in non-small cell lung cancer respectively. No relationship was observed between of the positive expression of the above three protein and sex, age, histopatholigy and the size of tumor. The posiwe rate of E-cad protein expression was decreased with the level of differentation of lung cacer. The positive rate of E-cad protein expression was significant in the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer. Conclusions The protein expression level of E-cad may accelerate significantly to tumor invasion and metastasis. Measuring of the expression E-cad has a significant guiding value for clinical assessment, prognosis and choose of a suitable therapy measure for non-small cell lung cancer.
