目的 探讨波立维联合拜阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UPA)的疗效和安全性.方法 将UPA患者随机分为治疗组75例和对照组73例,治疗组用波立维75 mg,1日1次,共7天,拜阿司匹林100 mg,1日1次,共7天;对照组用安慰剂,1日1次,连续7天,拜阿司匹林100 mg,1日1次,共7天.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.7％,对照组为79.4％,两组疗效差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 治疗组较对照组起效快,作用强,效果好,安全性高.

목적 탐토파립유연합배아사필림치료불은정형심교통(UPA)적료효화안전성.방법 장UPA환자수궤분위치료조75례화대조조73례,치료조용파립유75 mg,1일1차,공7천,배아사필림100 mg,1일1차,공7천;대조조용안위제,1일1차,련속7천,배아사필림100 mg,1일1차,공7천.결과 치료조총유효솔위94.7％,대조조위79.4％,량조료효차이유현저성(P＜0.05).결론 치료조교대조조기효쾌,작용강,효과호,안전성고.
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of using Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment for unstable angina pectoris (UAP).Methods The UAP patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group ( n=75 ) and the control group ( n=73).The patients in the treatment group took 75 mg Clopidogrel and 100 mg aspirin once a day for a week.The patients in the control group took Placebot once a day for a week.Results Curative effects of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group with the cure rate 94.7％ vs 79.4％, which was really statistically meaningful (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tbe treatment in the first group has a quicker,stronger and better effect and is reliably safe.
