本文阐述了我国高等院校学牛学业评价中存在的问题,主要表现为对"社会需要与个人发展"、"量化评价与质性评价"、"过程评价与结果评价"以及"评价者与学生"几大因素间的取舍困惑.分析其根源,主要是因为基于科学主义和人文主义的价值取向及评价范式的矛盾冲突,解忖决问题的途径在于寻求价值取向及评价范式的和谐与统一.
本文闡述瞭我國高等院校學牛學業評價中存在的問題,主要錶現為對"社會需要與箇人髮展"、"量化評價與質性評價"、"過程評價與結果評價"以及"評價者與學生"幾大因素間的取捨睏惑.分析其根源,主要是因為基于科學主義和人文主義的價值取嚮及評價範式的矛盾遲突,解忖決問題的途徑在于尋求價值取嚮及評價範式的和諧與統一.

A lot of problems in academic assessment of college students are discussed in this article.It express mainly in the puzzlement of choosing between several major factors"society demend and individual development","quantification assessment and quality assessment","process assessment and result assessment"and"evaluators and students".The root is mainly different value orientation because of scientific and humanistic value orientation and the conflicts of evaluation paradigm.Therefore,the way to solve the problems is to seek value orientation and the harmony and uniformity of assessment paradigm.
