目的:提高丹皮酚磺酸钠制备的收率,并提供一种新的精制方法。方法:以氯磺酸做磺化试剂,乙酸乙酯做溶剂,60℃反应1h,与氯化钠成盐后,经活性炭脱色,乙醇精制,得到高纯度的丹皮酚磺酸钠。结果:合成了有关物质、氯离子、硫酸根离子均合格的丹皮酚磺酸钠,三步综合收率不低于60%。结论:该工艺路线成本较低,操作简单,收率高,适合工业化生产。

목적:제고단피분광산납제비적수솔,병제공일충신적정제방법。방법:이록광산주광화시제,을산을지주용제,60℃반응1h,여록화납성염후,경활성탄탈색,을순정제,득도고순도적단피분광산납。결과:합성료유관물질、록리자、류산근리자균합격적단피분광산납,삼보종합수솔불저우60%。결론:해공예로선성본교저,조작간단,수솔고,괄합공업화생산。
Objective: To provide a new method of synthesis and purification of sodium paeonol in order to improve the yield. Method:Take chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent, ethyl acetate as solvent, reaction at 60 ℃for 1h. After reacted with sodium chloride , decoloried by active carbon, purification in ethanol to get high purity sodium paeonol. Results: Sodium paeonol was synthesized in overall yield at least 60%, related substances, chloride ions, sulfate ions were qualified. Conclusion: The improved process has advantages of lower cost, high yield, conve-nient work-up. It is suitable for industrial production.
