本试验于大田条件下,研究了种植密度对冬小麦品种石新828在适晚播情况下生育后期旗叶光合特性及产量的调控效应.设置4个密度水平处理;利用CI-340光合测定系统和FMS-2型脉冲调制式荧光仪分别测定了光合特性的相关指标.试验结果表明,种植密度对石新828生育后期光合特性及产量的影响显著;每公顷基本苗330×10~4处理的旗叶叶绿素(Chl)含量、净光合速率(Pn)、PS II 潜在活性(Fv/Fo)及其最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)均在生育后期始终表现出明显优势,且产量显著高于其他处理;每公顷基本苗210×10~4和270×10~4处理由于群体相对较小,表现出对轻度干旱逆境的脆弱性,390×10~4由于群体相对较大,封闭的小气候影响了个体的发育,最终均导致了产量的降低.小麦石新828在适晚播条件下,适宜种植密度为330×10~4基本苗/公顷.
本試驗于大田條件下,研究瞭種植密度對鼕小麥品種石新828在適晚播情況下生育後期旂葉光閤特性及產量的調控效應.設置4箇密度水平處理;利用CI-340光閤測定繫統和FMS-2型脈遲調製式熒光儀分彆測定瞭光閤特性的相關指標.試驗結果錶明,種植密度對石新828生育後期光閤特性及產量的影響顯著;每公頃基本苗330×10~4處理的旂葉葉綠素(Chl)含量、淨光閤速率(Pn)、PS II 潛在活性(Fv/Fo)及其最大光化學效率(Fv/Fm)均在生育後期始終錶現齣明顯優勢,且產量顯著高于其他處理;每公頃基本苗210×10~4和270×10~4處理由于群體相對較小,錶現齣對輕度榦旱逆境的脆弱性,390×10~4由于群體相對較大,封閉的小氣候影響瞭箇體的髮育,最終均導緻瞭產量的降低.小麥石新828在適晚播條件下,適宜種植密度為330×10~4基本苗/公頃.

A field experiment was conducted to evaluate photosynthetic characteristics and grain yield in different planting densities of a winter wheat cultivar Shixin828 with sowing suitable late.It was studied under four different density levels;The photosynthetic characteristicsts were measured using CI-340 portable photosynthesis system and FMS-2 fluorescence monitoring system.The results indicated that the dsnsity can remarkably influence the Photosynthesis characteristies of flag leaf and yield level.The 330×10~4 basis seedlings per ha treatment had apparent advantages in chlorophyll content,photosynthesis rate,PSⅡpotential activity(Fv/Fo)and the maximal quantum efficiency of PSⅡphotochemistry(Fv/Fm)of the flag leaf at late growth period and the grain yield of it was higher than that of the others significantly.The 210×10~4 and 270×10~4 basis seedlings per ha treatments represent franfibility for gently drought as a result of less colony and the 330×10~4 basis seedlings per ha treatment influence individual growth with close microclimate as a result of great colony,both above reducing yield.The highest grain yield was observed in the treatment with 330×10~4 basis seedlings per ha applied.
