为研究硝酸铈对盾叶薯蓣快速繁殖的影响,采用以盾叶薯蓣茎段为外植体,在其愈伤诱导培养基、丛生芽培养基及生根培养基中添加不同浓度的Ce~(3+).结果表明,含Ce~(3+)为5mg/L的培养基可显著提高愈伤组织诱导率, 含Ce~(3+)1mg/L的培养基丛生芽诱导率最高;1~15mg/L的Ce~(3+) 对盾叶薯蓣组培苗生根有明显的促进作用,5mg/L的Ce~(3+)显示出最强的促进效应.可以认为,一定浓度Ce~(3+)对诱导愈伤组织生长、丛生芽萌发及不定根生长有促进作用,但高浓度的Ce~(3+)均对其呈现抑制效应.
為研究硝痠鈰對盾葉藷蕷快速繁殖的影響,採用以盾葉藷蕷莖段為外植體,在其愈傷誘導培養基、叢生芽培養基及生根培養基中添加不同濃度的Ce~(3+).結果錶明,含Ce~(3+)為5mg/L的培養基可顯著提高愈傷組織誘導率, 含Ce~(3+)1mg/L的培養基叢生芽誘導率最高;1~15mg/L的Ce~(3+) 對盾葉藷蕷組培苗生根有明顯的促進作用,5mg/L的Ce~(3+)顯示齣最彊的促進效應.可以認為,一定濃度Ce~(3+)對誘導愈傷組織生長、叢生芽萌髮及不定根生長有促進作用,但高濃度的Ce~(3+)均對其呈現抑製效應.

To study the effect of rare earth Ce(NO_3)_3 on rapid clonal propagation of Dioscorea zingiberensis. Using stems of Dioscorea zingiberensis as explants, different concentrations of Ce (NO_3)_3 were supplemented to the medium (1/2MS+0. 5μmol/L IBA) to study the effect of Ce~(3+) on the callus induction medium, adventitious bud initial medium and adventitious root medium. The callus induction was stimulated by 5.0mg/L Ce~(3+); 1.0m g/L Ce~(3+) stimulated the bud initial induction; while 1~15mg/L stimulated adventitious root. The callus induction adventitious bud initial and rooting was stimulated by the low concentrations of rare earth elements, but higher concentration inhibited them.
