目的集成医学图像存档与通讯系统(PACS)与医院信息系统(HIS),方便医生调阅影像信息。方法采用两个存储设备和两个FC交换机,其中一个存储作为镜像,形成双冗余的SAN架构。结果形成了高可靠性和安全性的全院级的PACS存储中心。结论医生可随时在医生工作站上查阅病人的影像信息,有助于提高医院的诊断水平。

Objective To integrate PACS and HIS system so that the doctors can retrieve image information conveniently. Methods Adopted two kinds of storage equipment and two FC switches, one of the storages was used as mirror image to form the dual-redundancy SAN architecture. Results PACS storage centre with high reliability and security has been built for the entire hospital. Conclusion Doctors can consult patient's picture information momentarily from the workstation through the computer network so that the hospital diagnosis level can be improved effectively.
