Based on analysis and comparative study in binaryzation of fixed threshold, semi-adaptive threshold and auto-adaptive thresh-old, the time-binaryzation algorithm is proposed. The subtraction algorithm of image is carried out with the view of stripe image sequence characteristics in 3D measuring. The experiment results show that the time-binaryzation is better anti-interference capability than fusion method.
