针对胜利油田孤岛中一区Ng3地层水的性质设计激活剂配方,在物理模拟条件下有效激活内源微生物,同时将硫酸盐还原菌浓度控制在50个/mL以下.微生物经激活后代谢活跃,产乙酸达346 mg/L,产出气体中甲烷含量5%.通过变性梯度凝胶电泳及其条带测序,定性分析了激活后内源微生物群落中的15个不同内源茵属,其中以嗜热厌氧茵为主,部分种属代谢产生的低分子有机酸、CO_2和H_2等,被其它细菌或产甲烷古茵作为代谢底物而利用,这些微生物组成了物理模拟实验条件下的完整代谢体系.
針對勝利油田孤島中一區Ng3地層水的性質設計激活劑配方,在物理模擬條件下有效激活內源微生物,同時將硫痠鹽還原菌濃度控製在50箇/mL以下.微生物經激活後代謝活躍,產乙痠達346 mg/L,產齣氣體中甲烷含量5%.通過變性梯度凝膠電泳及其條帶測序,定性分析瞭激活後內源微生物群落中的15箇不同內源茵屬,其中以嗜熱厭氧茵為主,部分種屬代謝產生的低分子有機痠、CO_2和H_2等,被其它細菌或產甲烷古茵作為代謝底物而利用,這些微生物組成瞭物理模擬實驗條件下的完整代謝體繫.

Activating nutrients was designed for Zhongyi block in Shengli Oil Field according to the character of stratal water, which could stimulate indigenous microorganisms effectively, and keep Sulfate Reducing Bacteria under 50 cells·mL~(-1), where acetate and methane produced by microbe were 346 mg·L~(-1) and 5%, respectively. 15 different genuses of indigenous microorganisms were detected by Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis and sequencing, most of which were thermophilic anaerobes. Some bacteria could produce low molecular weight organic acids, CO_2 and H_2, which could be used as substrates by other bacteria and archaea, all of these microorganisms form an entire ecology system under physical simulation conditions.
