目的 探讨阿是止泻胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进(简称甲亢)性腹泻大鼠胃窦、结肠黏膜肥大细胞(MC)的影响.方法 制备甲亢性腹泻大鼠模型.运用阿是止泻胶囊低、中、高剂量及黄连素对其干预,采用免疫组化技术测定对照组、模型组、黄连素组、阿是止泻胶囊低、中、高剂量组大鼠胃窦、结肠黏膜MC数量、面积、周长、等效直径及网形度.结果①与对照组比较,模型组胃窦黏膜MC数目 (P=0.003)、脱颗粒比率(P=0.029)、面积(P=0.000)、周长(P=0.000)、等效直径(P=0.000)增大,圆形度变小(P=0.000).②与模型组比较,黄连素组、高剂量组胃窦黏膜MC数目(P=0.003,P=0.003)、面积(P=0.000,P=0.000)、周长(P=0.000,P=0.000)、等效直径(P=0.000,P=0.000)变小,圆形度增大(P=0.000,P=0.000).③胃窦黏膜各组间MC数目(F=3.462,P=0.014)、面积(F=37.632,P=0.000)、周长(F=47.993,P=0.000)、等效直径(F=60.970,P=0.000)、圆形度(F=15.642,P=0.000)比较,差异均有统计学意义.④结肠黏膜各组间MC数目差异无统计学意义(F=0.82,P=0.546).结论 阿是止泻胶囊能显著降低胃窦黏膜MC数目,可能是其治疗甲亢性腹泻的机制.

목적 탐토아시지사효낭대갑상선공능항진(간칭갑항)성복사대서위두、결장점막비대세포(MC)적영향.방법 제비갑항성복사대서모형.운용아시지사효낭저、중、고제량급황련소대기간예,채용면역조화기술측정대조조、모형조、황련소조、아시지사효낭저、중、고제량조대서위두、결장점막MC수량、면적、주장、등효직경급망형도.결과①여대조조비교,모형조위두점막MC수목 (P=0.003)、탈과립비솔(P=0.029)、면적(P=0.000)、주장(P=0.000)、등효직경(P=0.000)증대,원형도변소(P=0.000).②여모형조비교,황련소조、고제량조위두점막MC수목(P=0.003,P=0.003)、면적(P=0.000,P=0.000)、주장(P=0.000,P=0.000)、등효직경(P=0.000,P=0.000)변소,원형도증대(P=0.000,P=0.000).③위두점막각조간MC수목(F=3.462,P=0.014)、면적(F=37.632,P=0.000)、주장(F=47.993,P=0.000)、등효직경(F=60.970,P=0.000)、원형도(F=15.642,P=0.000)비교,차이균유통계학의의.④결장점막각조간MC수목차이무통계학의의(F=0.82,P=0.546).결론 아시지사효낭능현저강저위두점막MC수목,가능시기치료갑항성복사적궤제.
Objective To investigate the Asi-antidiarrheal capsule's effect on mast cells (MC) in sinus ventriculi and colon mucosa of rats with thyroid hormone-induced diarrhea (HD). Methods Thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic rats were prepared and interfered by low, medium, and high doses of Asi-antidiarrheal capsule, respectively. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the population, area, perimeter, equivalent diameter, and degrce of circularity of the MC in sinus ventriculi and colon mucosa of control group (CG), model group (MG), berberine group (BG) , and Asi-antidiarrheal capsule group (AG). Results Compared with CG, the population (P = 0. 003) , ratio of degranulation ( P = 0. 029 ) , area ( P = 0. 000), perimeter (P = 0. 000) and equivalent diameter (P = 0. 000) of the MC in sinus ventriculi mucosa were increased and the degree of circularity (P = 0. 000) was decreased in MG. Compared with MG, the population ( P = 0.003, P = 0.003), area (P =0. 000,P = 0. 000) , perimeter (P=0.000, P=0.000), and equivalent diameter (P=0. 000, P =0.000) of the MC in sinus ventriculi mucosa were decreased and the degree of circularity (P = 0.000,P=0.000) was increased in BG and high dose AG. The population (F = 3.462, P=0.014), area (F = 37.632, P=0.000), perimeter (F =47.993, P = 0.000), equivalent diameter (F = 60.970, P = 0.000) and degree of circularity (F = 15. 642, P = 0.000) of MC had statistical significance in each group of sinus ventriculi mucosa. The number of MC had no statistical significance in each group of colon mucosa (F=0. 82, P = 0. 546). Conclusion Asi-antidiarrheal capsule can significantly decrease the number of MC in sinus ventriculi mucosa and may have potential effects on diarrhea of hyperthyroidism.
