    The pharmaceutical engineering major graduates usually go to pharmaceutical enterprises. This paper took the pharmaceutical engineering major students as an example and attempts to discuss the necessity and feasibility of enter-prise mentorship in training programs,in order to explore a more suitable way of talents training meeting the social needs.
