对高芥酸含量菜籽油制备的生物柴油及其性能进行了系统的研究.以气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法分析了高芥酸菜籽油制备得到的生物柴油的主要成分为芥酸、油酸、亚油酸及二十碳烯酸甲酯.通过碱催化酯交换法,得到了较理想的工艺合成条件为:醇油摩尔比5:1,反应温度60℃,催化剂用量(质量分数)1%,酯交换转化率92.3%.依据相关生物柴油标准,得到高芥酸生物柴油主要性能指标为十六烷值51,燃烧值39 673 J/g,酸值0.35 mg/g,黏度5.594 mm2/s,闪点131℃.
對高芥痠含量菜籽油製備的生物柴油及其性能進行瞭繫統的研究.以氣相色譜-質譜聯用(GC-MS)法分析瞭高芥痠菜籽油製備得到的生物柴油的主要成分為芥痠、油痠、亞油痠及二十碳烯痠甲酯.通過堿催化酯交換法,得到瞭較理想的工藝閤成條件為:醇油摩爾比5:1,反應溫度60℃,催化劑用量(質量分數)1%,酯交換轉化率92.3%.依據相關生物柴油標準,得到高芥痠生物柴油主要性能指標為十六烷值51,燃燒值39 673 J/g,痠值0.35 mg/g,黏度5.594 mm2/s,閃點131℃.

The preparation and properties of biodiesel from rapeseed oil containing high content of erucic acids were systematically investigated in this paper.The composition of obtained biodiesel was analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The results showed that the components of the resulting biodiesel were the methyl esters of erueic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid and eicosenoic acid.The main factors affecting the transesterifieation of rapeseed iol,such as molar ratio of methanol to oil,reaction temperature and catalyst(potassium hydroxide) dosage,were also discussed.The suitable conditions for biodiesel preparation were molar ratio of methanol to oil 5:1,reaction temperature 60℃ and catalyst dosage 1%.Under the Conditions the yield of fatty acid,methyl ester was 92.3%.The properties of the biodiesel such as eetane value,caloric value,acid value,viscosity and flash point were tested according to the standard methods. It was indicated that the biodiesel could meet the requirements as fuel,even prepared from rapeseed oil containing high content of erucic acids.
