The paper described how Huangqian Thermo-electrical Plant of Shandong Laiwu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. analyzed, researched, then modified and optimized the technology used to satisfy the high quality conditions of the demineralized water, which was needed for high temperature and pressure boilers. The modified technology laid a solid foundation for corporations to develop recycling economy, to reduce production costs and to survive during recessions.
