A 360 MHz 12-fold multiplier has been designed and manufactured. When the three-fold multiplier is combined with the four-fold multiplier, the output power of greater than 6 dB, the power flatness of better than 2 dB and the harmonic suppression of greater than 50 dB have been achieved with the input power of 3~5 dBm. The design ideas, tuning methods and measured results of this multiplier are presented in this paper.
