Some 2+1 dimensional soliton equations are decomposed into the NLS equation and the complex MKdV equation. The compatible solutions of the NLS equation and the complex MKdV equation are obtained by using their so-lutions, including Jaeobian elliptic function solutions, trigonometric function solutions, soliton solutions, rational solu-tions and breather type solutions.
