利用不同浓度沼液对番茄幼苗进行叶面喷施,结果表明:当沼液浓度分别为50%、75%和100%时,与对照比较,可明显降低番茄苗期病情指数,抑制番茄叶霉病原菌孢子的萌发率,提高叶片的叶绿素含量;同时还可降低番茄过氧化物酶活性外渗电导率,而25%的沼液浓度,效果不明显.说明沼液浓度过低,防病效果降低.
利用不同濃度沼液對番茄幼苗進行葉麵噴施,結果錶明:噹沼液濃度分彆為50%、75%和100%時,與對照比較,可明顯降低番茄苗期病情指數,抑製番茄葉黴病原菌孢子的萌髮率,提高葉片的葉綠素含量;同時還可降低番茄過氧化物酶活性外滲電導率,而25%的沼液濃度,效果不明顯.說明沼液濃度過低,防病效果降低.
이용불동농도소액대번가유묘진행협면분시,결과표명:당소액농도분별위50%、75%화100%시,여대조비교,가명현강저번가묘기병정지수,억제번가협매병원균포자적맹발솔,제고협편적협록소함량;동시환가강저번가과양화물매활성외삼전도솔,이25%적소액농도,효과불명현.설명소액농도과저,방병효과강저.
The present experiment was done to verify effect of leaf spray application of anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures against cucumber downy mildew.These diseases were inoculated in plant.There are five treatments including four different concentration of anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures(100%,75%,50%,25%)and control(water).Result was shown that anaerobic processed liquid of livestock manures of concentration above 50%can effectively inhibited cucumber downy mildew.However,inhibitory effect of 25%treatment is not obvious and is hardly equal with control.
