因液化石油气(LPG)回收系统的天然气压缩机润滑系统的生产工艺流程设计存在不足,致使未凝气带液进入压缩机,造成润滑油污染,导致轴承和润滑油泵润滑不良,磨损加剧,使用寿命降低.为此,通过压缩机轴承和滑油泵失效损坏分析,对机组系统的油气路进行了改造优化:拆除涤气罐内除沫网,改装19根高效过滤精度在0.05 μm的颇尔纤维滤芯;启用10 μm不锈钢磁性过滤器;将回油管线引入常温分离器,利用两端压力差排液,同时利用常温分离器的功能进行油气水分离.由此改善了轴承和滑油泵的润滑状况;对操作参数进行了调整,提高了压缩机运行稳定性和生产时效性,每年节省维修费用约110万元(还没有计入停机损失的费用),取得了较好的经济效益.

Because of some design deficiencies of the production process flow of the natural gas compressor's lubrication system in the LPG recovery system, the inlet natural gas which contains liquid enters the compressor. As a result, it contaminates the lubrication and leads to bad lubrication of the bearings and lubricating oil pumps. In addition, the wear is serious and the compressor's service life is significantly reduced. Therefore, based on an analysis of the failure and damage of the compressor bearings and lubricating oil pumps, the oil and gas lines in the compressor system were improved and optimized: The defoaming net inside the scrubber was removed, and nineteen pieces of highly-active Pall fiber filters with filtration accuracy of 0.05μ were revamped; The 10μm-diameter stainless steel magnetic filter was applied. The oil return pipe was introduced to the normal temperature separator and the fluid was discharged by means of the pressure difference at the two ends, and the oil, gas and water separation was performed by the separator. In this way, the lubrication state of the bearings and lubricating oil pump is herewith improved. The operating parameters are adjusted and the operation stability and production time effectiveness of the compressor are hereby improved. It saves up to RMB 1.1 million Yuan of maintenance costs annually (not including the loss caused by shutdown hours). It has made favorable economic benefits and has great reference value for relevant companies.
