借助于显微硬度计、SED和EDS等手段,从显微硬度、结合状态及元素分布等方面对45钢/铜合金双金属界面特征进行了分析.结果表明,45钢与铜合金之间的结合区无任何冶金缺陷,Fe、Cu互相扩散,呈冶金结合状态,结合区宽度10μm.铜合金组织中的Pb分布均匀,在减摩性和耐磨性方面获得良好的综合性能.同时,Ni作为隔离金属层向两侧进行了扩散,在45钢/铜合金的结合中取得了很好的效果.

차조우현미경도계、SED화EDS등수단,종현미경도、결합상태급원소분포등방면대45강/동합금쌍금속계면특정진행료분석.결과표명,45강여동합금지간적결합구무임하야금결함,Fe、Cu호상확산,정야금결합상태,결합구관도10μm.동합금조직중적Pb분포균균,재감마성화내마성방면획득량호적종합성능.동시,Ni작위격리금속층향량측진행료확산,재45강/동합금적결합중취득료흔호적효과.
The interface characteristic of steel 45 /Cu alloy bimetal was studied and analysizod in view of hardness, combination state and element distribution using micro-hardness tester, SEM and EDS techniques. The results show that, any metallurgical defects doesn't exist in the interface between steel 45 and Cu alloy, bonding zone takes on the state of metallurgical bonding for Fe-Cu interdiffusion. Its width is about 10 μm. Lead element with uniform distribution has the material good overall performance in antifriction and wear resistance. At the same time, Ni used as the isolated metal layer, plays a good role in steel 45 and Cu alloy combination.
