报道了傅里叶变换红外光谱与圆二色光谱光学信息表征蛋白质二级结构的比较,研究表明傅里叶变换红外光谱与圆二色光谱光学信息表征蛋白质二级结构时,要注意缓冲体系的选择,磷酸盐缓冲液比醋酸盐缓冲液更适合使用,利用FTIR与CD光谱信息表征蛋白质二级结构,两者的数据吻合较好.

Comparison of characterized results of protein secondary structure by optical information of Fourier-transformation infrared spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy was described in the paper.More attention should be paid to the choice of buffer system when characterized protein secondary structure were compared by Fourier-transformation infrared spectroscopy and circular dichroism spectroscopy.The phosphate buffer is more suitable than acetate buffer.Characterized result of Fourier-transformation infrared spectroscopy is in good agreement with that of circular dichroism spectroscopy.
