目的 研究鱼腥草蒸馏液对2型糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白、尿白蛋白(Alb)、肾组织结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、脂联素、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响.方法 采用高糖高脂饲料喂养,配合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)一次性腹腔注射造成2型糖尿病大鼠模型,经鱼腥草蒸馏液灌胃治疗8周后,观察大鼠24 h尿蛋白、Alb、肾组织RCTGF、脂联素、MCP-1等指标的变化.结果 治疗8周后,鱼腥草蒸馏液能明显改善STZ大鼠多饮、多食和消瘦,降低24 h尿蛋白、Alb,减少肾组织CTGF和MCP-1表达.但对脂联素的影响不显著.结论 鱼腥草蒸馏液对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变有一定的改善,其作用机制可能与降低尿蛋白、Alb及L肾脏CTGF和MCP-1的表达有关.

목적 연구어성초증류액대2형당뇨병대서뇨단백、뇨백단백(Alb)、신조직결체조직생장인자(CTGF)、지련소、단핵세포추화단백-1(MCP-1)적영향.방법 채용고당고지사료위양,배합소제량련뇨좌균소(STZ)일차성복강주사조성2형당뇨병대서모형,경어성초증류액관위치료8주후,관찰대서24 h뇨단백、Alb、신조직RCTGF、지련소、MCP-1등지표적변화.결과 치료8주후,어성초증류액능명현개선STZ대서다음、다식화소수,강저24 h뇨단백、Alb,감소신조직CTGF화MCP-1표체.단대지련소적영향불현저.결론 어성초증류액대당뇨병대서신장병변유일정적개선,기작용궤제가능여강저뇨단백、Alb급L신장CTGF화MCP-1적표체유관.
Objective To investigate the influence of Herba Houttuyniae (HH)distillate on the urine protein, urinary albumin, renal connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), adiponectin (APN), and monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP-1)of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The rat model of T2DM was induced by one-time intraperitoneal injection of small-dosage of streptozotocin (STZ )and feeding with high glucose and lipid, and then treated with HH for 8 weeks. After treatment, the changes of biochemical parameters such as 24-h urinary protein, urinary albumin, the renal CTGF, APN and MCP-1 were observed. Results After treatment with HH distillate, the symptoms of polydipsia, polyphagia and emaciation were relieved, and the 24-h urinary protein, urinary albumin, and renal CTGF and MCP-1 expression levels were decreased in T2DM rats, but the APN level remained unchanged. Conclusion The HH distillate can relieve the renal pathological changes of T2DM rats, and the mechanism is probably related with the reduction of urinary protein and Alb level and with the decrease of renal MCP-1 and CTGF expression level.
