目的 研究幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)相关胃炎患者血清中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-α)的水平变化及与发病的关系.方法 选择60例14C-尿素呼气试验阳性和病理学确诊的慢性胃炎患者,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测Hp根除前后血清中的IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α的水平,以20例健康体检者作为对照进行分析.结果 Hp相关胃炎组血清IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α均显著高于正常对照组,Hp根除后血清中IL-8、IL-6和TNF-αt水平明显下降,与根除前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α与幽门螺旋杆菌相关胃炎密切相关,且参与了胃黏膜损伤的病理过程.

목적 연구유문라선간균(Hp)상관위염환자혈청중백세포개소-8(IL-8)、백세포개소-6(IL-6)화종류배사인자-a(TNF-α)적수평변화급여발병적관계.방법 선택60례14C-뇨소호기시험양성화병이학학진적만성위염환자,채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)검측Hp근제전후혈청중적IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α적수평,이20례건강체검자작위대조진행분석.결과 Hp상관위염조혈청IL-8、IL-6화TNF-α균현저고우정상대조조,Hp근제후혈청중IL-8、IL-6화TNF-αt수평명현하강,여근제전상비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 IL-8、IL-6화TNF-α여유문라선간균상관위염밀절상관,차삼여료위점막손상적병리과정.
Objective To study the changes of serum levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α in helicobacter pylori(Hp)associated gastritis diseases and the relationship between the serum levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α and disease process.Methods Sixty cases of Hp positive chronic gastritis were selected.ELISA were used to detect the serum Levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α in Hp infection before and after eradication.Twenty healthy subjects were choosed as control group.Results The serum IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in patients with chronic gastritis were significantly higher than those in control group.The serum levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α were obviously decreased after eradication of Hp infection(P<0.05).Conclusions IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α were closely associated with Hp associated gastritis.They play a significant role in mucosal injury.
