本文主要包括超声穿透法对缩孔和裂纹的检测、结构均匀性检测和采用平测法对电熔耐火材料残余厚度和开口裂纹深度的检测。试验结果表明:采用(T'-V')法能判断电熔砖缩孔的形状、大小和位置;完整波形数目是确定裂纹扩展面积的有效参量;采用平测法能检测电熔耐火材料的残余厚度和开口裂纹深度,检测精度在7%以内。

The investiogation aims to detect some defects in the refractories for glass tank furnace and ensure theirsafety use,mainly including the test of shrinkage cavity and crack, the test of uniformity(all these by ultra-sonic transmittin9 method)and the determination of residual thickness and open crack depths of refracto-ries(by applied echo method).The results indicate:the shape,size and position of the shrinkage cavity offused cast refractories can be ascertained by the ( T' - V' ) method;complete wave number is an effec-tive parameter to decide the extending area of cracks;the determination accuracy of the residual thicknessof refractory blocks and open crack depth is below 7%.
