目的通过对以不同的代谢综合征(MS)的组分出现的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hsC-RP)水平的比较,探讨T2DM患者hsC-RP水平与MS的关系.方法共计调查了病例组(MS组)96例,T2DM对照组(T2DM组)104例,正常对照组80例.比较了以上三组及合并不同数量、不同种类MS组分的各组间hsC-RP水平,并进行各指标之间的相关分析.结果MS组患者hsC-RP水平明显高于正常对照组及T2DM组,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),T2DM患者中hsC-RP水平与合并MS所含组分的数量呈正相关(P＜0.01),与合并MS所含组分的种类无关(P＞0.05).吸烟、BMI、WHR、胰岛素抵抗、高TG血症、血糖、高血压与hsC-RP呈正相关.结论T2DM患者hsC-RP水平与MS有相关性,炎症反应可能在MS的发病机制中起重要作用.
목적통과대이불동적대사종합정(MS)적조분출현적2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자적혈청고민C-반응단백(hsC-RP)수평적비교,탐토T2DM환자hsC-RP수평여MS적관계.방법공계조사료병례조(MS조)96례,T2DM대조조(T2DM조)104례,정상대조조80례.비교료이상삼조급합병불동수량、불동충류MS조분적각조간hsC-RP수평,병진행각지표지간적상관분석.결과MS조환자hsC-RP수평명현고우정상대조조급T2DM조,차차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01),T2DM환자중hsC-RP수평여합병MS소함조분적수량정정상관(P＜0.01),여합병MS소함조분적충류무관(P＞0.05).흡연、BMI、WHR、이도소저항、고TG혈증、혈당、고혈압여hsC-RP정정상관.결론T2DM환자hsC-RP수평여MS유상관성,염증반응가능재MS적발병궤제중기중요작용.
Objective To observe the association of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsC-RP) with MS in T2DM. Methods We studied 200 T2DM patients and 80 normal control subjects.200 T2DM subjects were divided into two groups: MS(n=96) and T2DM group(n=104).Serum hsC-RP level,plasm glucose,blood pressure and other items were measured. Results There was a significant increase of serum hsC-RP level in MS group than in control group and T2DM group(P<0.01).The serum hsC-RP level in T2DM was positively associated with the number of MS components(P<0.01).There was no correlation between serum hsC-RP level and the kind of MS components(P>0.05).Smoke,BMI,WHR,IR,triglycerides,blood glucose and hypertension were associated with the serum hsC-RP level.Conclusions The serum hsC-RP level in T2DM is associated with MS.Inflammatory response might play an important role in the pathogenesis of MS.
