[目的]建立采用高效毛细管电泳色谱法测定肉苁蓉中有效成分红景天苷含量的方法.[方法]采用毛细管区带电泳(CZE):运行缓冲液为30 mmol/L硼酸-硼砂缓冲液(pH=9.00);工作电压8 kV;柱温25 ℃ ;检测波长278 nm.[结果]红景天苷含量在0.007～0.140 mg/ml 的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),加样回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.4%.[结论]高效毛细管电泳法可用于测定肉苁蓉中红景天苷的含量,该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好.

[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPCE method for determining salidroside in Herba Cistanches.[Method] Using the CZE, salidroside content was determined in Herba Cistanches and the experimental conditions were as follows: 30 mmol/L boron granule buffer (pH =9.0), working voltage of 8 kV, temperature of 25 ℃ and detective wavelength of 278 nm.[Result] The linear range of salidroside was 0.007-0.140 mg/ml (r=0.999 8) and the average recovery was 100.1% (RSD=1.4%) .[Conclusion] The established method is simple, quick and accurate and suitable for determining salidroside in Herba Cistanches.
