Prenatal ultrasonography diagnosis%Two-dimensional ultrasonography%Fetal malformations.
目的 探讨实时二维超声在胎儿畸形产前诊断中的价值.方法 应用Acuson128XP/10c、PV-6000型彩超诊断仪,对13 583例孕12~40周胎儿行常规超声检查.结果 13 583例胎儿中共发现胎儿畸形108例,其中无脑儿45例,脑积水26例,内脏膨出8例,脑脊膜膨出、脊柱裂各5例,唇腭裂畸形、肛门闭锁各4例,长骨发育不良3例,头颈部淋巴管瘤2例,露脑畸形、多囊肾、小脑蚓部缺失、一手指缺如、十二指肠闭锁、致死性侏儒各1例,诊断符合率92.59%(100/108),漏诊率占7.41%(8/108).结论 产前超声筛查是产前诊断胎儿畸形不可缺少的检查方法,在降低缺陷发生率上有着重要的临床应用价值.

Objective To assess the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformations.Methods Conventional examination was Carried out in 13583 fetal within 12 to 40 weeks by two-dimensional ultrasound with color Doppler Acuson128XP/10c,PV-6000.Results Totally 108 fetal malformation structures in 13583 cases were found,including 45 cases with anencephaly,26 cases with hydrocephalus,8 with visceral eventration,meningocele in 5,spina bifida in 5,eilognathouranoschisis in 4,imperforate anus in 4,long bone dysplasia in 3,lymphangioma of head and neck in 2 as well,exencephaly,polycystic kidney,agenesis of cerebellar vermis,absence of one finger,duodenal atresia and lethal dwarfism respectively in 1.Diagnostic accordance rate was 92.59%(100/108).Rate of missed diagnosis was 7.41%(8/108).Conclusions Prenatal ultrasonography which is an indispensable diagnostic tool for pregnant women and fetus has a significant clinical value in reducing incidence of defects.
