New Zealand rabbits%Radius%Anatomy
目的 获取新西兰大白兔桡骨的解剖学数据,为其相关的实验研究提供参考.方法 选取成年新西兰大白兔20只,观察桡骨外形,并测量桡骨长度,前曲度,桡骨中点矢状径及横径.结果 新西兰大白兔桡骨外形与人类相似,稍前曲,前曲度(26.08±2.54)度;桡骨长(70.66±1.91)mm;桡骨中点横径(4.18±0.37)mm;桡骨中点矢状径(3.07±0.29)mm;桡骨中点横径/桡骨全长(0.059±0.005);桡骨中点矢状径/桡骨全长(0.043±0.004);平均体质量:(2.88±0.22)kg;桡骨长度与体质量呈正相关,横径与体质量、矢状径与体质量、桡骨横径与长度比较均无明显相关.结论 新西兰大白兔桡骨的解剖特点及测量数据,可为其相关实验研究提供参考.

목적 획취신서란대백토뇨골적해부학수거,위기상관적실험연구제공삼고.방법 선취성년신서란대백토20지,관찰뇨골외형,병측량뇨골장도,전곡도,뇨골중점시상경급횡경.결과 신서란대백토뇨골외형여인류상사,초전곡,전곡도(26.08±2.54)도;뇨골장(70.66±1.91)mm;뇨골중점횡경(4.18±0.37)mm;뇨골중점시상경(3.07±0.29)mm;뇨골중점횡경/뇨골전장(0.059±0.005);뇨골중점시상경/뇨골전장(0.043±0.004);평균체질량:(2.88±0.22)kg;뇨골장도여체질량정정상관,횡경여체질량、시상경여체질량、뇨골횡경여장도비교균무명현상관.결론 신서란대백토뇨골적해부특점급측량수거,가위기상관실험연구제공삼고.
Objective To obtain anatomical data of radius in New Zealand rabbits and provide references for relevant experimental research. Methods Twenty adult New Zealand rabbits were selected. The contours of radius were observed, and the anatomical parameters including the length and the front curvature of radius, the transverse diameters and the sagittal diameters of the middle of radius were measured respectively. Results The contours of radius were similar to those of human. The length and the front curvature of radius were (70. 66 ± 1. 91) mm and (26. 08 ±2. 54)°. The transverse diameters and the sagittal diameters of the middle of radius were (4. 18±0. 37) mm and (3. 07 ±0. 29) mm. The ratio of transverse diameters/ length was (0.059 ± 0.005) and of sagittal diameters/length was (0. 043 ± 0. 004). The weight of rabbits was (2. 88 ±0. 22) kg. The length of radius was positively correlated with body weight. The transverse diameters and the sagittal diameters of the middle of radius were not correlated with weight, and the transverse diameters were irrelevant with length. Conclusion The anatomical features and the data of radius in New Zealand rabbits may provide credible references for relevant experimental research.
