用甘油法测定了从日本进口的CM-9Cb焊条、国内新研制的T91专用焊条以及R317焊条熔敷金属中的扩散氢含量。通过阴极电解渗氢和定载延迟开裂试验,研究了不同焊条焊接时,T91/12Cr1MoV接头的氢致裂纹倾向。试验结果表明,CM-9Cb焊条和新研制的T91焊条优于R317焊条,而新研制的T91焊条可以代替进口的CM-9Cb焊条。

The diffusible hydrogen content in the deposited metal using CM-9Cb, R317 and newly-developed T91 electrode was determined through glycerine hydrogen test, and the tendency for hydrogen-induced cracking of the T91/12Cr1MoV joint welded with different covered electrodes was investigated by means of electrolytic hydrogen charging and constant-load delayed cracking test. The results from the tests show that CM-9Cb and newly-developed T91 electrode superior to R317 electrode, and the CM-9Cb electrode can be replaced by the newly-developed T91 electrode.
