对不同有机肥料施用量的烟田土壤中细菌、固氯菌、放线菌和真菌进行了分离,对不同微生物种群进行了数量和多样性分析.结果表明,有机肥料施用量对烟田根际土中微生物数量有一定的影响,在有机肥料施用量为0-30000 kg/hm~2的范围内,细菌、固氮菌、放线菌和真菌的数量随着有机肥料施用量的增加而呈现增长趋势,细菌、固氮菌、放线菌和真菌的根土比随着有机肥料施用量的增加而呈现增加趋势,施用有机肥料的烟田微生物多样性指数H和均匀度E低于未施用有机肥料的.

The effect of organic manure fertilization on the microbial quantities in tobacco soil was studied.Results showed that the quantities of bacteria, azotobacteria.actinomycetes and fungi were obviously affected in tobacco soil by the organic manure fertilization, with amount of organic fertilizer, the number of bacteria, azotobacteria, actinomycetes and fungi showed a trend of increasing within range of 0 to 30 000 kg/hm~2. Results also showed that organic manure fertilization lower micro-bial diversity index H and E.
