[目的]为饲料中单端孢霉烯族真菌毒素的有效、快速检测提供理论支持.[方法]通过比较单端孢霉烯族毒素的检测方法,探讨了相关问题并预测了饲料中单端孢霉烯族毒素检测方法的发展方向.[结果]使用TLC检测脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的检测限可达20~300 μg/kg.在羟基衍生化后用气相色谱电子俘获法检测A类单端孢霉烯族毒素的检测限为10~50 μg/kg,衍生化或荧光酰化后检测B类单端孢霉烯族毒素的检测限可达20~50 μg/kg,甚至更低.利用HPLC,以甲醇-水或乙腈-水混合物为流动相检测单端孢霉烯族毒素,其检测限为100~500 μg/kg.利用LC-MS/MS检测单端孢霉烯族毒素的检测限可达0.8~10.0 ng/kg.[结论]随着技术的发展,将会有越来越多的优良分析检测方法用于检测饲料中的单端孢霉烯族毒素.

[Objective] The purpose was to supply theoretical support for the effective and rapid detection of trichothecene mycotoxins in feeds. [Method] Through comparing the detection methods of trichothecene mycotoxins, some problems existing in these methods were discussed and the developing direction of detection methods of trichothecene mycotoxins in feeds was predicted. [Result] The detection limit of TLC in detecting deoxynivalenol was as low as 20-300 μg/kg. The detection limit range of GC electron capture detection in detecting the hydroxyl-derivative of type-A trichothecene mycotoxins was 10-50 μg/kg and its detection limit in detecting the derivative and fluorescent acylate of type-B trichothecene mycotoxins was as low as 20-50 μg/kg, even lower. The detection limit range of HPLC in detecting trichothecene mycotoxins with methanol-water or acetonitrile-water mixture as mobile phase was 100-500 μg/kg. The detection limit of LC-MS/MS in detecting trichothecene mycotoxins was as low as 0.8-10.0 ng/kg. [Conclusion] As the technology was developed, there would be more and more good analysis and detection methods used in detecting trichothecene mycotoxins in feeds.
