研究了稀土Ce对Al4.5Cu合金微观组织、凝固区间和凝固过程体积变化的影响.结果表明,稀土Ce对合金微观组织、凝固区间和凝固体积收缩有明显的影响.稀土Ce加入量为4%时,Al4.5Cu合金同液两相区间温度为640~600℃,合金晶粒组织细化,圆整;体积收缩率仅为未加Ce时的68.6%.
研究瞭稀土Ce對Al4.5Cu閤金微觀組織、凝固區間和凝固過程體積變化的影響.結果錶明,稀土Ce對閤金微觀組織、凝固區間和凝固體積收縮有明顯的影響.稀土Ce加入量為4%時,Al4.5Cu閤金同液兩相區間溫度為640~600℃,閤金晶粒組織細化,圓整;體積收縮率僅為未加Ce時的68.6%.

The effects of adding rare earth cerium on microstructure, solidification range and volume changes of Al4.5Cu alloy in solidification process were researched. Experimental results show that rare earth cerium has remarkable effects on microstructure, solidification and solidification shrinkage interval of the alloy. When the adding of rare earth cerium is about 4 wt%, the range temperature of solid-liquid zone of Al4.5Cu alloy is from 640℃ to 600℃. The grain of the alloy is refined, round. The volume shrinkage is only 68.6% of that without rare earth cerium.
