研究了倍流整流不对称半桥串并联谐振变换器,即LCC谐振变换器在低压大电流场合应用的可行性.在分析变换器工作模态的基础上,利用基波近似法(Fundamental Harmonic Approximation,简称FHA)建立了变换器的稳态模型,推导出直流增益表达式,依此表达式在MathCAD软件中绘制了不同负载下的输出电压-频率曲线,并根据曲线设计了实验参数.制作了一台输出为12V/1 kW的样机,并给出了实验波形.实验结果表明,变换器在不同负载下均能实现软开关,证明LCC谐振变换器可以应用于低压大电流场合.

The asymmetry half bridge series-parallel resonant converter with current doubler,i.e.LCC resonant converter is treated as an example to study the feasibility of LCC resonant converter in the low-voltage high-cunrrent occasions.Based on the analysis of the converter operation mode,the steady-state model of the converter is established by using fundamental harmonic approximation(FHA),the DC gain expression is derived,and the output voltage-frequency curves are depicted at different loads.Finally,the experimental waveforms are given based on a 12 V/1 kW prototype.The experimental results show that the converter can achieve soft-switching at different loads,and the LCC resonant converter in the low-voltage high-current applications is feasible.
