以首钢某炼钢厂节水改造为例,对比极限出口浓度下的水夹点,给出了基于经济出口浓度的用水网络优化方案.实践表明,基于经济出口浓度的水夹点的节水效果要优于基于极限出口浓度的水夹点.并针对水夹点系统单元间高度耦合的特点,进行了解耦合运行分析.

Taking a revamping project in a steel-making plant for water saving as example,this paper put forwards the optimization plan for water supply net based on economic effluent concentration.Practical results showed that the effect of saving water based on economic effluent concentration was better than that based on maximum effluent concentration.And according to the highly coupled characteristic between water pinch system,the decoupling operation was analyzed.
