为研究矿物掺合料和外加剂复合使用抑制ASR的效果,应用CECS 48∶93标准,研究了粉煤灰和硅灰复合使用,粉煤灰、硅灰和高效减水剂复合使用,粉煤灰、硅灰和引气剂复合使用抑制ASR的效果.试验结果表明:当基准砂浆水胶比一定,且对比砂浆与基准砂浆具有相同流动度时:(1)粉煤灰和硅灰复合使用在一定程度上可以抑制ASR,粉煤灰掺量越高其抑制效果越明显.(2)粉煤灰、硅灰和高效减水剂复合使用时能够抑制ASR,其抑制效果优于粉煤灰、硅灰单独复合使用时的效果.(3)粉煤灰、硅灰和引起剂复合使用时能够抑制ASR,其抑制效果也优于粉煤灰、硅灰单独复合使用时的效果.
為研究礦物摻閤料和外加劑複閤使用抑製ASR的效果,應用CECS 48∶93標準,研究瞭粉煤灰和硅灰複閤使用,粉煤灰、硅灰和高效減水劑複閤使用,粉煤灰、硅灰和引氣劑複閤使用抑製ASR的效果.試驗結果錶明:噹基準砂漿水膠比一定,且對比砂漿與基準砂漿具有相同流動度時:(1)粉煤灰和硅灰複閤使用在一定程度上可以抑製ASR,粉煤灰摻量越高其抑製效果越明顯.(2)粉煤灰、硅灰和高效減水劑複閤使用時能夠抑製ASR,其抑製效果優于粉煤灰、硅灰單獨複閤使用時的效果.(3)粉煤灰、硅灰和引起劑複閤使用時能夠抑製ASR,其抑製效果也優于粉煤灰、硅灰單獨複閤使用時的效果.
위연구광물참합료화외가제복합사용억제ASR적효과,응용CECS 48∶93표준,연구료분매회화규회복합사용,분매회、규회화고효감수제복합사용,분매회、규회화인기제복합사용억제ASR적효과.시험결과표명:당기준사장수효비일정,차대비사장여기준사장구유상동류동도시:(1)분매회화규회복합사용재일정정도상가이억제ASR,분매회참량월고기억제효과월명현.(2)분매회、규회화고효감수제복합사용시능구억제ASR,기억제효과우우분매회、규회단독복합사용시적효과.(3)분매회、규회화인기제복합사용시능구억제ASR,기억제효과야우우분매회、규회단독복합사용시적효과.
This paper is aimed at studying the suppression effect of mineral and chemical admixture on alkali -silica reaction(ASR) where the CECS 48∶93 is applied to research the alkali -silica reaction when the flying ash and the silica fume compound ,the flying ash,silica fume and high efficiency water reducing agent compound ,the flying ash、silica fume and air entrain agent compound are added into blank mortar with high alkali cement and reactive aggregation. The blank mortar and the parallel mortar have the same fluidity and the water binder ratio of the blank mortar is not changed,. The experiment result indicated that(i) The flying ash and the silica fume compound can reduce the expansion value caused by alkali-silica reaction, but the suppression effect changing with the flying ash quantity in the mortar, the more flying ash is added to mortar,the more suppression effect is obvious (ii) The flying ash,silica fume and high efficiency water reducing agent compound can reduce expansion value caused by ASR ,in which the suppression effect is more obvious than flying ash and silica fume compound added into mortar lonely;( iii)The flying ash,silica fume and air entrain agent are added into blank mortar, the suppression effect on ASR is also more obvious than the suppression effect of the flying ash and silica fume compound on ASR alone.
