针对磷酸萃取槽搅拌桨腐蚀、磨损、断裂的问题,分别对各种材质进行生产在线使用研究。生产实践表明:超级双相不锈钢(代号2605,CD4MCu),具有良好的耐磨蚀与力学综合性能,使用2年后才出现边缘磨损,是目前性价比较好的材料。

According to the problems of agitator blade in reactive tank including corrosion, abrasion and breakage, some materials are studied on their online performances. The results show: the stainless steel 2605 (CD4MCu) has the good resistance to abrasion performance, good mechanics comprehensive performance and the high performance/price ratio, it can be used about 2 years without being frayed.
