目的 对一株分离自我国东海海域160 m深处产类胡萝卜素的海洋细菌进行形态学、生理生化特性及分子水平的系统分类学研究.方法 通过细菌形态学特征观察、生长条件、生理生化特征测定、全细胞脂肪酸成分分析、16S rRNA序列扩增、测序、比对及构建系统发育进化树,研究了该菌株的系统分类学特性;并通过高效液相色谱对该菌株的类胡萝卜素产出特性进行了分析.结果 该菌株与考克氏菌属(Kocuria sp.)相似度最高,顺-7-棕榈油酸/顺-6-棕榈油酸为该菌株的主要脂肪酸组分.结论 该菌株属于考克氏菌属,暂定名为考克氏菌CAR-red(Kocuria sp.CAR-red)株.

Objective To perform taxonomic studies on a carotenoid -producing marine bacterium isolated from the mud sample at a depth of 160 m in East China Sea. Methods Taxonomic studies were performed with phenotypic and BIOLOG analysis, 16 S rRNA gene sequencing and blast analysis, and fatty acid component analysis. Carotenoids produced by this bacterial strain were extracted and analyzed with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results CAR -red strain showed high similarity with the genus of kocuria sp. The predominant fatty acid component was 16:1 w7c/16:1 w6c based on GC analysis. Conclusions A CAR-red strain belonged to the genus of kocuria sp. , and kocuria CAR-red was proposed as the name for this strain on the basis of the taxonomic data.
