目的 探讨FXYD3蛋白组在肝门胆管癌组织的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学链酶亲和素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物(SABC)法检测43例肝门胆管癌及相应癌旁组织中FXYD3蛋白的表达,分析FXYD3表达与肿瘤临床病理学特征的关系.结果 胆管癌组FXYD3蛋白表达阳性率为67.44%( 29/43)显著高于癌旁组32.56%( 14/43,P<0.01),且前者的FXYD3蛋白表达与其组织分化程度明显相关(P<0.01),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤TNM分期及糖链抗原(CA19-9)的表达无明显相关(P>0.05).结论 FXYD3蛋白表达与肝门胆管癌组织分化程度密切相关,可能在肿瘤细胞初始转化及发生发展过程中起重要作用.
目的 探討FXYD3蛋白組在肝門膽管癌組織的錶達及其與臨床病理學特徵的關繫.方法 採用免疫組織化學鏈酶親和素-生物素-過氧化物酶複閤物(SABC)法檢測43例肝門膽管癌及相應癌徬組織中FXYD3蛋白的錶達,分析FXYD3錶達與腫瘤臨床病理學特徵的關繫.結果 膽管癌組FXYD3蛋白錶達暘性率為67.44%( 29/43)顯著高于癌徬組32.56%( 14/43,P<0.01),且前者的FXYD3蛋白錶達與其組織分化程度明顯相關(P<0.01),與患者年齡、性彆、腫瘤TNM分期及糖鏈抗原(CA19-9)的錶達無明顯相關(P>0.05).結論 FXYD3蛋白錶達與肝門膽管癌組織分化程度密切相關,可能在腫瘤細胞初始轉化及髮生髮展過程中起重要作用.

Objective To investigate the expression of FXYD3 protein in hilar cholangiocarcinoma and the relationship of FXYD3 protein expression with the biological characteristics of hilar cholangiocarcinoma cells.Methods Strept avidin-biotin complex (SABC) immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FXYD3 protein in 43 hilar cholangiocarcinoma and paraneoplastic tissues respectively.The relationship of FXYD3 protein expression with the biological characteristics of hilar cholangiocarcinoma cells was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of FXYD3 protein in hilar cholangiocarcinoma was 67.44% (29/43),significantly higher than that of 32.56% ( 14/43 ) in paraneoplastic tissue (P< 0.01 ).FXYD3 protein expression was significantly correlated with the histological classification (P < 0.01 ),but not with patient' s age,gender,TNM stage and casbohydrate antigen19-9 (CA19-9) expression (P > 0.05).Conclusion FXYD3 protein expression was significantly correlated with the histological classification,suggesting it may be a very critical factor in primary cell transformation and progress of hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
