目的　探讨AO重建钢板治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的疗效。[ HTH〗方法　对13例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折（按照AO/ASIF分类，C1 4例，C2 3例，C3 6例）行后路经鹰嘴截骨入路，骨折复位，AO重建钢板内固定或加1/3管型钢板固定，术后早期功能锻炼，所有病例均于术后1个月、3个月、6个月及1年摄片复查，了解骨折愈合情况。结果　随访1～3年，平均1年6个月，骨折全部愈合，肘关节功能恢复满意，用Cassebaum方法评价：优6例，良5例，可2例，优良率84.6%。结论　 AO重建钢板治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折，固定牢靠，术后可以早期功能锻炼，疗效优于其它内固定材料，可作为目前手术治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折首选内固定材料。
목적　탐토AO중건강판치료굉골과간분쇄성골절적료효。[ HTH〗방법　대13례굉골과간분쇄성골절（안조AO/ASIF분류，C1 4례，C2 3례 ，C3 6례）행후로경응취절골입로，골절복위，AO중건강판내고정혹가1/3관형강판고정 ，술후조기공능단련，소유병례균우술후1개월、3개월、6개월급1년섭편복사，료해골절유 합정황。결과　수방1～3년，평균1년6개월，골절전부유합，주관절공능 회복만의，용Cassebaum방법평개：우6례，량5례，가2례，우량솔84.6%。결론　 AO중건강판치료굉골과간분쇄성골절，고정뢰고，술후가이조기공능단련，료효우 우기타내고정재료，가작위목전수술치료굉골과간분쇄성골절수선내고정재료。
Objective　To evaluate the curative effect of A O rebuilt plate used for intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus. M ethods　13 cases of intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus (by AO/ ASIF classification, 4 cases of C1, 3 cases of C2, 6 cases of C3 ) wer e treated by eagles beak osteotomy, reduction of fracture and AO rebuilt plate i nternal fixation or internal fixation added with 1/3 tubular plate, with post operative dirigation in early stage，postoperative reexamination by X-ray was used to show healing of fracture in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 yea r. Results　The patients were followed up for 1～3 years, 1 year and 6 months on average, showing healed fracture and satisfied function of elbo w joint. Evaluation by Cassebaum method found that 6 cases obtained excelle nt, 5 cases fine，2 cases ordinary results, and excellent rate was 84.6%. Conclusion　AO rebuilt plate for intercondylar comminuted fra cture of humerus shows firm fixation, after peration the patients can carry out functional training in early stage, and the effect is better than that of othe r internal fixation material， it is the choice for intercondylar comminute d fracture of humerus.
