下死点精度为高速精密压力机的重要技术指标,直接影响着冲制品精度以及模具使用寿命.影响下死点精度的因素主要有:转速变化、温度变化、机床刚性、静平衡气压等,通过构建测试系统或使用下死点检测仪进行了下死点测试、下死点影响因素的定量分析,并简要介绍了高速精密压力机下死点控制措施:下死点动态调整、控制速度位移、控制温度位移以及简化传动系统.

The accuracy of stampings and die life are affected by BDC precision which is the key technical index of high-speed precision press. The main factors of BDC precision are rotational speed,temperature,press rigidity,static bal-ance pressure and so on. The impact of the elements of BDC precision was quantitatively analyzed by building test sys-tem of BDC or using BDC instrumentation. Methods of BDC precision' s controlling were briefly introduced,these methods were BDC dynamically adjustment,controlling displacements due to the change of velocity and temperature and simplifing the transmission line.
