为了解决某红外导引头伺服机构谐振频率较低的问题,基于动力学分析软件ADAMS建立伺服机构的虚拟样机;基于MATLAB/SIMULINK完成了伺服机构的控制系统建模;采用联合仿真和虚拟扫频的方法分析了刚度、摩擦、转动惯量、动不平衡等因素对伺服机构谐振频率的影响;确定了影响某导引头伺服机构谐振频率的关键部位和敏感参数.仿真结果表明,通过改进关键部位的结构参数和控制参数可以大幅提高伺服机构的谐振频率,更好地以满足导引头伺服机构的使用要求.
為瞭解決某紅外導引頭伺服機構諧振頻率較低的問題,基于動力學分析軟件ADAMS建立伺服機構的虛擬樣機;基于MATLAB/SIMULINK完成瞭伺服機構的控製繫統建模;採用聯閤倣真和虛擬掃頻的方法分析瞭剛度、摩抆、轉動慣量、動不平衡等因素對伺服機構諧振頻率的影響;確定瞭影響某導引頭伺服機構諧振頻率的關鍵部位和敏感參數.倣真結果錶明,通過改進關鍵部位的結構參數和控製參數可以大幅提高伺服機構的諧振頻率,更好地以滿足導引頭伺服機構的使用要求.

In order to improve lower resonance frequency of the infrared seeker servo,virtual prototype of the servo was established based on dynamics software ADAMS;the control system was modeled in MATLAB/SIMULINK;based on the prototype and the control model,adopting the means of joint simulation and virtual sweeping-frequency,effect of stiffness,friction,moment of inertia and unbalanced mass on resonance frequency of the servo was analyzed and influences of key positions and sensitive parameters on resonance frequency were found. The simulated result shows that the harmonic frequency can be improved dramatically by adjusting the parameter of key parts,satisfies the requirement of the application of the servo to seeker.
