应用PAM-STAMP冲压模拟软件,对TA2M钛合金板材U形弯曲成形及回弹过程进行了数值模拟预测,并对模拟结果进行了工艺试验验证,得到了板料厚度、轧制方向以及相对弯曲半径等参数对回弹影响的数值结果,并对结果进行了分析.
應用PAM-STAMP遲壓模擬軟件,對TA2M鈦閤金闆材U形彎麯成形及迴彈過程進行瞭數值模擬預測,併對模擬結果進行瞭工藝試驗驗證,得到瞭闆料厚度、軋製方嚮以及相對彎麯半徑等參數對迴彈影響的數值結果,併對結果進行瞭分析.

The processes of U-shaped bend-formlng and springback of TA2M titanium alloy sheets were simulated using PAM -STAMP stamping simulation software. The simulation result was verified by a series of forming tests. Numerical results of the in-fluence of different parameters on the springhack, which include thinkness of blank, rolling directions and relatively bending radius were obtained and analyzed.
