为对比野生与施肥(尿素和磷酸二铵)种植青海川西獐牙菜中元素含量的变化,分别采集野生和6~10月施肥种植川西獐牙菜全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪分析测定了其钾、钠、钙、镁等矿物质元素含量和铜、锌、铁、锰、钴等微量元素含量.结果表明,施肥种植川西獐牙菜中矿物质元素、微量元素含量除钾外,均高于野生种,并在9~10月份达到最高水平,可替代野生种入药,按需适时采收,以解决资源匮乏.
為對比野生與施肥(尿素和燐痠二銨)種植青海川西獐牙菜中元素含量的變化,分彆採集野生和6~10月施肥種植川西獐牙菜全植株,採用原子吸收光譜儀分析測定瞭其鉀、鈉、鈣、鎂等礦物質元素含量和銅、鋅、鐵、錳、鈷等微量元素含量.結果錶明,施肥種植川西獐牙菜中礦物質元素、微量元素含量除鉀外,均高于野生種,併在9~10月份達到最高水平,可替代野生種入藥,按需適時採收,以解決資源匱乏.
위대비야생여시비(뇨소화린산이안)충식청해천서장아채중원소함량적변화,분별채집야생화6~10월시비충식천서장아채전식주,채용원자흡수광보의분석측정료기갑、납、개、미등광물질원소함량화동、자、철、맹、고등미량원소함량.결과표명,시비충식천서장아채중광물질원소、미량원소함량제갑외,균고우야생충,병재9~10월빈체도최고수평,가체대야생충입약,안수괄시채수,이해결자원궤핍.
To compare the change of the mineral and trace elements between the wild and cultivated Swertia mussotii Franch,wild and cultivated Swertia mussotii Franch with fertilization were collected,the content of trace elements as kalium,calcium,sodium,magnesium,lithium,copper,zinc,iron,manganese,cobalt and nickel was measured by atom absorption spectrum instrument .The results showed that mineral elements kalium and lithium in cultivated Swertia mussotii Franch in Qinghai province were higher than those of in wild. in 9-10 month,all the content of trace elements assumably reached the highest level.
