为解决不宜受力装夹材料和异形件装夹难的问题,利用半导体材料的电热特性研制开发出一种电子冷冻装夹系统.通过对系统装夹力的实验研究与分析计算,给出了冷冻液与工件结合力、铣削装夹力的计算方法,测定出在不同温度下碳钢与冻结冷冻液的拉伸、剪切结合系数λ,μ值.在装夹过程中又通过实验,对冷冻温度、冷冻液高度和冷冻时间的关系进行了讨论,为实现高效装夹过程提供出更全面选择合理量值的依据,并对进一步提高系统性能的方案进行了讨论.

For the sake of solving difficult clamping problem for the materials not suitable to endure clamping forces and for the abnormity parts,a kind of electronic refrigeration clamping system was researched and developed by utilizing the electrothermal property of semiconductor materials.Through experimental research and analytical calculation on the clamping force of the system,the computing method for the binding force of freezing liquid with component parts and the clamping force of milling was presented,the λ,μvalue of stretching and shearing binding coefficients for carbon steel with the frozen freezing liquid were measured under different temperatures.A discussion has also been carried out through test on the relationships among the freezing temperature,height of freezing liquid and frozen time in the course of clamping,thus provided foundations of more comprehensively selecting the reasonable quantity for realizing the highly effective clamping courses,and a discussion was made on the scheme of further enhancing the performance of the system.
