在Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机上进行高温轴向压缩试验,并观察了室温显微组织,得到了实验钢的热变形方程.结果表明:变形速率为1 s-1,变形温度在750、850、900、950℃时,利用温度曲线拐点来判断动态再结晶的开始应变是准确可行的;随变形温度的降低和变形速率的提高,得到的室温组织中铁素体越来越细小,比重也越来越高.
在Gleeble-1500D熱模擬試驗機上進行高溫軸嚮壓縮試驗,併觀察瞭室溫顯微組織,得到瞭實驗鋼的熱變形方程.結果錶明:變形速率為1 s-1,變形溫度在750、850、900、950℃時,利用溫度麯線枴點來判斷動態再結晶的開始應變是準確可行的;隨變形溫度的降低和變形速率的提高,得到的室溫組織中鐵素體越來越細小,比重也越來越高.

Microstructure at room temperature was observed and hot deformation equation of testing steel was established through uniaxial hot compression on Gleeble-1500D machine.The results indicate that the inflexion of temperature curve during hot deformation can represent the starting strain of dynamic recrystallization at the rate of 1 s-1,the temperature of750 ℃,850 ℃,900 ℃,950 ℃.The size of ferrite grain at room temperature is more and more small,while the proportion is more and more high with the decrease of temperature and the increase of strain rate.
