随着网络技术的迅速发展,大多数高校建设了校园网,基于校园网的应用也越来越多,用户对校园网的可靠性提出了更高的要求。本文在VRRP协议工作原理的基础上,探讨了如何利用VRRP协议、MSTP等技术,设计能够提供快速、有效的冗余校园网,提高校园网的可靠性和可用性。

with the networking technology growing rapidly,most university has established its own capus networks,and the campus networks-based application is also increasing,as well as the higher demand of the users toward the campus networks.this paper is mainly concerned with the functioning principle of VRRP protocol,to discover how to make use of the technology such as VRRP protocol and MSTP,to design the campus networks capable to provide rapid effective redundancy,and to improve the reliability and applicablity.
