分析了双压余热锅炉的换热特性和结构特性,建立传热过程的数学物理模型,以此为依据,建立了动态参数优化模型,对系统的热端温差、窄点温差和接近点温差进行了动态优化,利用该模型,求得使系统达到最佳配置性能的热力参数匹配方式。研究结果为余热锅炉的优化设计和控制系统的设计提供了理论依据。

By analysing one of the three cycle ways of sintering heat in cogeneration system, taking the double--pressure system as an example,a mathematics and physics model of heat transfer has been set up on the basis of detailed analysing the features of the heat transfer process and construction of double-- pressure heat recovery steam generator (HRSG),and then optimization model, static model and dynamic model of off design condition have been set up on the basis of the heat--transfer model. The dynamic pa- rameters of a narrow point of temperature,near--point temperature,and the hot end temperature are sepa- rately optimized to get the thermal parameters matching mater which enables the system at the best sta- tion. The results of research provide theoretical basis for controlling system and optimizing design of heat recovery steam generator.
