由小凹(Caveolae)介导的白蛋白跨细胞转运在生理及病理状态下均起重要作用.非受体型蛋白酪氨酸激酶(Src)是这一转运过程的"分子开关",Src激酶将糖蛋白60(Gp60)、小凹蛋白-1(Caveolin-1,Cav-1)及发动蛋白-2(Dynamin-2)磷酸化,启动内吞过程;炎症状态下,中性粒细胞通过细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)激活Src激酶,从而促进Caveolae介导的白蛋白转运.

Caveolae-mediated albumin transcytosis plays an important role in physiological and pathological conditions. The events initiating transcytosis have been shown to be tightly regulated by non-receptor type Src family kinases, and thus Src signaling is thought to be a critical "switch" regulating eaveolae-mediated transcellular transport of the plasma protein albumin. The activation of Src induces phosphorylation of glycoprotein 60, eaveolln-1 and dynamin-2, and initiates transcytosis. In response to inflammatory stimuli, neutrophil adhesion to vascular endothelial cells via ICAM-1 (Intercellular adhesion molecule-1)cause Src activation which enhances eaveolae transcytosis of albumin.
