Global minimum essential requirement in medical education%Cognition%Survey
本研究采用问卷调查方法,对广西医科大学84名教师、216名临床医学专业学生就全球医学教育最基本要求7大领域重要性的认知状况进行了调查.调查结果显示,教师和学生对全球医学教育最基本要求7大领域重要性的理解基本一致,从高到低排在前三位的依次为职业价值、态度、行为和伦理,临床技能,医学科学基础知识;此外,师生均存在对群体健康和卫生系统重要性认识不足的问题.因此,学校应当加强相关方面的宣传教育.

본연구채용문권조사방법,대엄서의과대학84명교사、216명림상의학전업학생취전구의학교육최기본요구7대영역중요성적인지상황진행료조사.조사결과현시,교사화학생대전구의학교육최기본요구7대영역중요성적리해기본일치,종고도저배재전삼위적의차위직업개치、태도、행위화윤리,림상기능,의학과학기출지식;차외,사생균존재대군체건강화위생계통중요성인식불족적문제.인차,학교응당가강상관방면적선전교육.
To investigate the cognition of global minimum essential requirement in medical education (GMER)among the teachers and students of Guangxi Medical University and to provide reference for clinical medical education reform,84 teachers and 216 medical students were surveyed on the cognition of 7 major fields of GMER. The results showed that the most important field which the teachers and the students thought was professional values, attitudes, behavior and ethics, then clinical skills, next is basic knowledge of medical science. It also showed that there was lack of understanding of the importance of population health and health system and some propaganda should be reinforced.
