针对稠油热采中缺少适用的高差压调节阀而难以实现科学注汽的现状,研制了迷宫式高差压调节阀。调节阀由阀体、阀芯、阀杆、密封填料仓和传动机构组成。阀门设计中突破了高差压必然导致高流速的传统设计观念,选择高阻力系数的阀芯作基本节流件构成流道曲折、多级降压和迷宫密封的结构,减小了高差压阀门的振动、冲蚀和噪声,并获得宽广的调节幅度。迷宫式高差压调节阀样机的流量-开度特性测试曲线与理论设计曲线基本一致,在稠油热采现场运行1~2年无任何故障,是适用于稠油热采配汽流量调节的理想调节阀。
針對稠油熱採中缺少適用的高差壓調節閥而難以實現科學註汽的現狀,研製瞭迷宮式高差壓調節閥。調節閥由閥體、閥芯、閥桿、密封填料倉和傳動機構組成。閥門設計中突破瞭高差壓必然導緻高流速的傳統設計觀唸,選擇高阻力繫數的閥芯作基本節流件構成流道麯摺、多級降壓和迷宮密封的結構,減小瞭高差壓閥門的振動、遲蝕和譟聲,併穫得寬廣的調節幅度。迷宮式高差壓調節閥樣機的流量-開度特性測試麯線與理論設計麯線基本一緻,在稠油熱採現場運行1~2年無任何故障,是適用于稠油熱採配汽流量調節的理想調節閥。

Because of the lack of applicable high differential pressure regulating valves, scientific steam injection for thermal recovery of heavy oil cannot be realized at present. A high differential pressure regulating valve with labyrinth is developed thereby. The valve is comprised of valve body, valve core, valve rod, packing box and transmission device. In designing the valve, the traditional concept of high pressure drop of flow accompanied necessarily with high flow velocity is got rid of, and the valve core with high resistance coefficient is selected as throttling element to structure the valve with zigzag flow path, multiple pressure-drop part and labyrinth-like seal. These features lead to such advantages as wide regulation range, low leakage, low noise and smooth operation. Application shows the valve has good performance.
