基于微机电起爆器的的原理及构成,对微机电起爆器涉及的含能桥、微小尺寸爆炸序列、微机电混合装配等关键技术进行了研究.结果表明,微小尺寸爆炸驱动飞片能够可靠起爆许用传爆药,突破了传统极限起爆药量的观念,为微小尺寸爆炸序列设计奠定了基础.
基于微機電起爆器的的原理及構成,對微機電起爆器涉及的含能橋、微小呎吋爆炸序列、微機電混閤裝配等關鍵技術進行瞭研究.結果錶明,微小呎吋爆炸驅動飛片能夠可靠起爆許用傳爆藥,突破瞭傳統極限起爆藥量的觀唸,為微小呎吋爆炸序列設計奠定瞭基礎.

Based on the fundamental theory and components of MEMS initiators,several related subjects,such as reactive bridge,micro-scale exploding sequeno and mix assembling MEMS parts were investigated.Results show that micro-scale exploding foil-driven flyer plate can reliably initiate specific booster charge,which break the conventional concept of minimum quantity of primary explosive,and provides potential guides for future design of micro-exploding sequences.
